All-Risk Marine Insurance
Shipping vehicles by sea carries its own risks. We offer marine insurance coverage options from licensed insurers for your peace of mind.
Basic Coverage (Standard)
Usually included in the basic package. Only covers the vehicle if it is completely destroyed (ship sinking/fire).

Comprehensive Coverage
Additional coverage with a premium (around 1.5% - 2.0% of the car's value). Covers physical damage during transit.

What is NOT Covered?
Even if you take out All-Risk insurance, there are standard exclusions (exclusion clause) in the marine policy:
- Personal Belongings: Any items (clothes, bags, electronics) left in the car are at your own risk. The insurance does not cover the loss of personal belongings.
- Mechanical Damage: Damage to the engine, gearbox or battery that is not caused by an external accident is not covered.
- Pre-existing Defects: Damage (scratches/dents) already recorded in the inspection form (Vehicle Condition Report) before handover.
How the Premium is Calculated
The All-Risk premium is calculated based on the Sum Insured (the vehicle's current market value).
Formula: (Car Value + Shipping Cost) x Premium Rate (1.5% - 2.0%)
